Bagel Belly was conceived out of a need for high quality bagels in the Copenhagen area. I am one American with a goal of using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients to create bagels that remind of home. Though I lean toward a NY style, these bagels are proudly their own - malty, chewy, complex, and most important of all, 100% sourdough.
